Tal evolu\u00e7\u00e3o deu uma nova perspectiva, alcance e aplicabilidade \u00e0s solu\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 existentes. O monitoramento de gases inflam\u00e1veis \u00e9 uma destas solu\u00e7\u00f5es que ganharam ainda mais alcance e aplicabilidade com as novas tecnologias de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o sem fio, uma vez que este pode ser aplicado em locais cada vez mais distantes de sua central de monitoramento, consumindo pouqu\u00edssima energia el\u00e9trica para estabelecer a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O monitoramento de gases inflam\u00e1veis \u00e9 algo de extrema import\u00e2ncia, tanto em ambiente industrial quanto residencial, uma vez que a presen\u00e7a de gases inflam\u00e1veis no ambiente &#8211; juntamente a outros fatores, como fogo, fa\u00edscas, etc. &#8211;\u00a0 pode levar a inc\u00eandios e at\u00e9 explos\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neste artigo, \u00e9 mostrado o projeto de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de monitoramento de gases inflam\u00e1veis que utiliza SigFox como conectividade. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 capaz de detectar a presen\u00e7a de alguns tipos de gases inflam\u00e1veis e tamb\u00e9m fuma\u00e7a no ar, avisando de sua detec\u00e7\u00e3o via conectividade SigFox. Para maior did\u00e1tica, o projeto utiliza Arduino, por\u00e9m \u00e9 facilmente port\u00e1vel para qualquer outra plataforma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Kit RedFox<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este projeto faz uso do kit de desenvolvimento RedFox, de autoria do engenheiro Luiz Henrique Corr\u00eaa Bernardes. O kit de desenvolvimento, vendido junto com o livro \u201cIoT SigFox com Edukit Redfox\u201d, escrito pelo mesmo autor, permite o uso da rede IoT SigFox a partir de um Arduino Nano para programa\u00e7\u00e3o e como \u201cmodem\u201d SigFox um microcontrolador HT32SX, do fabricante nacional HT Micron. Dessa forma, este \u00e9 um dos poucos kits de desenvolvimento de excel\u00eancia feitos em grande parte com material nacional. Isso torna o uso do kit muito simples, pois \u00e9 poss\u00edvel program\u00e1-lo de forma id\u00eantica a um Arduino comum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Material necess\u00e1rio<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para realizar o projeto, voc\u00ea precisar\u00e1 de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um kit de desenvolvimento RedFox;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um Arduino Nano V3 (e seu respectivo cabo USB de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \/ programa\u00e7\u00e3o);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um sensor MQ-2 (sensor de gases inflam\u00e1veis e fuma\u00e7a);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma barra de pinos f\u00eamea 1&#215;40;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jumpers macho-macho e macho-f\u00eamea;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protoboard de 400 pontos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Material para solda (ferro de solda ou esta\u00e7\u00e3o de solda, estanho, sugador, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Vis\u00e3o geral &#8211; projeto<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O projeto aqui abordado possui o seguinte funcionamento:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes de funcionar, aguardar o tempo necess\u00e1rio para aquecimento do sensor (burn-in time);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitorar, a cada segundo, a exist\u00eancia de gases inflam\u00e1veis e\/ou fuma\u00e7a no ar;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em caso de detec\u00e7\u00e3o de gases inflam\u00e1veis e\/ou fuma\u00e7a no ar, imediatamente avisar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o, via mensagem SigFox;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em casos comuns (sem alarmes, ou seja, sem a detec\u00e7\u00e3o de gases inflam\u00e1veis e\/ou fuma\u00e7a no ar), deve ser enviada a cada 30 minutos, via mensagem pelo SigFox, uma mensagem informando que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 detec\u00e7\u00e3o de gases inflam\u00e1veis e fuma\u00e7a.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As mensagens s\u00e3o recebidas no backend SigFox, onde podem, de acordo com a necessidade da solu\u00e7\u00e3o aplicada, serem encaminhadas automaticamente de l\u00e1 para outro sistema em nuvem (para um e-mail, planilha eletr\u00f4nica ou para uma plataforma IoT, por exemplo).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Circuito esquem\u00e1tico<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O circuito esquem\u00e1tico da solu\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser visto na figura 2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Importante:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o circuito esquem\u00e1tico apresentado faz refer\u00eancia \u00e0s liga\u00e7\u00f5es no Arduino Nano que \u00e9 soquetado no kit RedFox. Essa caracter\u00edstica fez dele uma op\u00e7\u00e3o muito popular de m\u00f3dulo-sensor para detec\u00e7\u00e3o de gases inflam\u00e1veis e\/ou fuma\u00e7a no ar. As especifica\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9tricas do m\u00f3dulo com o sensor MQ-2 podem ser vistas abaixo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tens\u00e3o de opera\u00e7\u00e3o: 5V;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sensibilidade ajust\u00e1vel via potenci\u00f4metro;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disponibiliza duas formas de sa\u00edda: digital e anal\u00f3gica (de 0V a 5V).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Registro do transceiver SigFox na rede SigFox<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para utilizar a rede SigFox, antes \u00e9 preciso registrar o transceiver SigFox \u00e0 referida rede. No caso do kit RedFox, o procedimento para realizar o registro encontra-se em: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newtoncbraga.com.br\/arquivos\/edukit_redfox_ativacao.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.newtoncbraga.com.br\/arquivos\/edukit_redfox_ativacao.pdf<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma vez que o transceiver esteja registrado na rede SigFox, voc\u00ea possuir\u00e1 acesso ao backend SigFox (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/backend.sigfox.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/backend.sigfox.com\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). O backend SigFox \u00e9 um portal, onde voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 gerenciar os seus dispositivos, mensagens dos dispositivos, redirecionamentos autom\u00e1ticos de mensagens e muito mais. Tanto a infraestrutura f\u00edsica da rede quanto toda a parte de backend \u00e9 mantida pela empresa SigFox e seus distribuidores autorizados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Vis\u00e3o geral &#8211; backend SigFox<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma vez possuindo seus transceivers devidamente registrados na rede SigFox e estando logado no backend SigFox, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel gerenciar no portal tudo a respeito da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o SigFox e posteriores redirecionamentos das mensagens recebidas dos seus transceivers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como exemplo, observe a figura 4.
