Calibration Tests

Temperature Calibration Laboratory

The temperature laboratory has the capacity to perform calibrations by comparing the following instruments:

Relative Humidity Meters – Range of 10% to 93% with reference temperature between -40ºC to + 180ºC;

Temperature Gauges with Thermocouple Sensor – Range from -40ºC to + 180ºC;

Temperature Meters with Resistance Sensor and other Sensors – Range from -40ºC to + 180ºC;

Thermal Chambers: 

  • Control Temperature Deviation – Range from -200ºC to + 370ºC;
  • Stability and Uniformity Study – Range from -200ºC to + 370ºC;

Climatic Chambers: 

  • Control Temperature Deviation – Range from -200ºC to + 370ºC;
  • Stability and Uniformity Study – Range from -200ºC to + 370ºC;
  • Control Relative Humidity Deviation – Range of 10% to 93% with reference temperature between -40ºC to + 180ºC;

Voltage, Current and Resistance Calibration Laboratory

Ability to perform calibrations on:

Battery Analyzer 

  • Voltage: 2 V to 6 V;
  • Current: 50 mA up to 10 A;

Voltage Generators 

  • AC voltage (15 Hz to 50 kHz): 12 mV to 700 V;
  • DC voltage: 10 mV up to 950 V;

Resistances: 

  • Resistance: 1Ω to 1000 MΩ;

DC current 

  • Current: 1 uA to 10 A;

AC current 

  • AC current (60 Hz to 1 kHz): 1 uA to 10 A;

Frequency 

  • Frequency: 15 Hz to 225 MHz;

EMC Calibration Laboratory (Electromagnetic Compatibility)

Ability to perform calibrations on:

Electrostatic Discharge Generator 

  • Discharge via Air – 2 kV / 4 kV / 8 kV / 15 kV;
  • Contact Discharge (Peak Current / 30 ns and 60 ns) – 2 kV / 4 kV / 6 kV / 8 KV;

Voltage Reduction, Interruption and Variation Generator 

  • Voltage amplitude at 60 Hz: Level from 0% to 100%;
  • Duration from 8 ms to 5000 ms;

Surge Generator 

  • Peak Voltage Amplitude with open circuit: 0V to 7000V;
  • Time of Rise of Voltage and Current Pulses: 0.7 us to 60 us;
  • Duration of Voltage and Current Pulses: 10 us up to 35 us;
  • Residual Voltage between Application Lines: 0 to 7000V;
  • Short-Circuit Current (Peak): 250 A to 5000 A;
  • Pulse Repetition Rate: Up to 60 s.

Fast Electric Transient Generator 

  • Peak Pulse Voltage: 250 V to 4000 V:
  • Pulse Rise Time: 0.7 us to 60 us;
  • Pulse Duration Time: 30 ns to 120 ns;
  • Pulse Repetition Rate: 5 kHz to 100 kHz;
  • BURST duration: 0.75 ms up to 15 ms;
  • BURST period: 0 ms to 500 ms;
