The study, conducted by the magazine of Editora Caras, in partnership with Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) and Cia. De Talentos, has chosen the 45 best companies for the categories Career and Recognition, Professional Development, Identity, Innovation in HR, Leadership and Quality of Life.
The ranking of the Best Companies to Start a Career Award comprises three identifiers. Weighing 70% of the final grade, the Young Worker Satisfaction Index (ISJE) is based on the worker’s perception of the company they work at. Meanwhile, the Company Management Quality Index (IQGE) assesses management practices and has a weighting of 15% in the final score. The same weighting is given to the score assigned by the journalists at Você S/A to the pre-classified companies.
